Due to the current tuberculosis (TB) situation and the increasing number of international students, the importance of TB prevention has become greater.

To help protect students’ health and prevent infection,

we are sharing tuberculosis prevention materials created by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA).

The attached materials are available in Korean, English, and Nepali, so please review them carefully for information on TB prevention and management.

Please note that tuberculosis testing is available free of charge at nearby public health centers.

If you experience symptoms such as a cough lasting more than two weeks or other TB-related symptoms, please visit the nearest public health center for a check-up.

If you experience any abnormal symptoms or health concerns related to tuberculosis, please visit a public health center immediately for consultation and medical examination.

최근 국내 결핵 발생 현황과 외국인 유학생 증가에 따라, 결핵 감염 예방의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있습니다.

이에 따라 학생들의 건강 보호와 감염 예방을 위해 질병관리청에서 제작한 결핵 예방 안내자료를 공유합니다.

첨부된 자료는 한국어, 영어, 네팔어로 제공되오니 내용을 확인하시어 결핵 예방 및 관리에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

또한, 가까운 보건소에서 결핵 검사를 무료로 받을 수 있으니, 기침이 2주 이상 지속되거나 결핵이 의심되는 증상이 있을 경우 가까운 보건소를 방문하여 검사를 받으시기 바랍니다.

만약 결핵 관련 이상 증상이 나타나거나 건강에 이상 반응이 발생할 경우에는 즉시 가까운 보건소를 방문하여 상담 및 진료를 받으시기 바랍니다.
