[Notice regarding class Attendance]

1. If you are absent for 1/3 of the class hours, you will receive an F
-> For 3-hour classes; if you miss 15 hours, you get an F (3 hours*15 weeks = total 45 hours)
-> For 2-hour classes; if you miss 10 hours, you get an F (2 hours*15 weeks = total 30 hours)

Simply put, if you miss 5 days you'll get an F.

2. [3 times late = 1hour absence]
-> Students will be marked as late for up to 10 minutes after the class start time, and may be marked as absent from 16 minutes after the class start time
EX) For classes starting at 9 o’clock; 9:00 - 9:10 = late,  From 9:11 ~ = absent

3. In the event of an excused absence, You must apply for an excused absence directly through the intranet (within two weeks of the absence date).
-> Attendance cannot be acknowledged upon request from the professor.
-> Simple medical consultations are considered absences; even with a medical certificate, the absence will not be excused.

4. If there are too many absences, you may be subject to forced leave of absence.
-> Absence from all classes more than 5 times.

5. Part-time employment permission will not be granted if attendance is below 80%.

6. You must take the course at least 6 times(classes) during 8 semesters to graduate. (If you do not meet the requirement of 6 times, you cannot graduate.)

7.  Since the course you received an F for might not be offered again, you may not be able to retake it. This may result in an F remaining on your transcript even after graduation. Please be sure not to receive an F grade.

[Academic Performance Notice]

If your GPA falls below 2.0

1. Part-time employment permission will not be granted.

2. You must have over 20,000,000 won in your bank account for a visa extension.

3. No scholarship will be granted (You must pay Full tuition fee)

[수업 출결 관련 공지]

1. 수업의1/3 결석 시 F
-> 3학점 수업의 경우 : 15시간 결석 시 F (3시간*15주=45시간)
-> 2학점 수업의 경우 : 10시간 결석 시 F (2시간*15주=30시간)

간단히 말해, 5일 결석 시 F입니다.

2. [지각 3시간 = 결석 1시간]
-> 수업시작 시간 이후 10분까지는 지각으로 처리되며, 11분부터는 결석으로 처리될 수 있습니다.

EX) 9시 시작 수업의 경우 ; 9시 ~ 9시10분 = 지각, 9시 11분 부터 ~ = 결석

3. 유고결석 시, 인트라넷에서 유고결석 신청을 직접 해야합니다(결석일로부터 2주 이내).
-> 교수님께 요청 시 출석 인정해줄 수 없음.
-> 단순 병원 진료는 결석임; 진료서 제출해도 출석으로 인정되지 않습니다.

4. 결석이 너무 많을 시 직권 휴학 처리될 수 있습니다.
-> 모든 수업 5번 이상 결석 시

5. 80%이상 결석 시, 시간제 취업 허가를 해주지 않습니다.

6. 예배는 8학기 동안 총 6번 이상 수강해야 졸업할 수 있습니다. (6번이 충족되지 않을 시, 졸업불가)

7. F를 받은 과목이 다시 개설되지 않아, 재수강을 하지 못할 수 있습니다. 이로 인해 졸업 후에도 성적표에 F가 남게 될 수 있습니다. F학점을 받지 않도록 반드시 주의해주세요

[학점 관리]

학점이 2.0보다 낮을 시,

1. 시간제 취업 허가를 해주지 않습니다.

2. 비자 연장 시, 통장 잔액이 20,000,000원 이상 필요합니다.

3. 장학금을 받을 수 없습니다. (등록금 전액 납부해야함)
