Notice of Excused Absence

** Application must be completed on the intranet within 2 weeks of occurrence of the reason for the accident.

** The final submission deadline for excused absences for the 2025-1 semester is Monday, June 23th at 11:00 am, and no additional submissions will be accepted after that.

Starting from the first semester of the 2024 school year, excused absences due to confirmed COVID-19 will not be recognized.

<Reasons for Excused absence> - Cases other than the following three are not recognized as excused absences. 

1. Within 5 days of the death of the spouse, the applicant, the spouse's immediate family, immediate descendants, and siblings.

-> Death certificate and family relationship certificate (to confirm relationship with the deceased) are required.

2. When you are hospitalized due to your own illness, accident or injury

-> Hospital-issued admission and discharge confirmation required

3. In case of quarantine due to confirmed infectious disease or self-quarantine as suspected, the quarantine period is provided by a student who has received a self-quarantine notification from a public local government as a close contact of an infectious disease.

-> Includes the seal of the head of the institution that confirmed the confirmed diagnosis (ex. If it is a hospital, the seal of the hospital director, if it is a public health center, the seal of the director of the public health center)

<How to submit a report of excused absence>

1. Go to intranet : https://onestop.gangseo.ac.kr/kcu/

2. Click [One-stop service] - [One-stop service application]

3. Click [New petition] - [Excused Absence]

4. Enter the period of absence(same as on the documents) and Select All Courses -> Click the right arrow

5. After checking if the course is entered correctly on the right, enter the reason for absence -> Attach proof  documents(required) -> [Apply]

6. Check the progress Status

유고결석 관련 안내

** 유고사유 발생 후 2주 이내로 인트라넷에 신청을 완료해야함

** 2025-1학기 유고결석 최종 제출 마감은 6월 23일 월요일 오전 11시 이며, 이후 추가 제출 불가

2024학년도 1학기부터 코로나19 확진으로 인한 유고결석은 인정되지 않음

<유고결석 사유> - 아래 세가지 이외는 유고결석으로 인정되지 않습니다.

1. 배우자, 본인 및 배우자의 직계가족, 직계비속과 형제자매의 사망으로부터 5일 이내

-> 사망진단서,  가족관계증명서(사망자와의 관계확인용) 필요

2. 본인의 질병사고, 상해로 인한 입원했을 때의 소요일 수

-> 병원 발행 입/퇴원 확인서 필요

3. 감염병 확진으로 격리 및 의심자로 자가 격리 되는 경우 격리기간, 감염병 밀접 접촉자로서 공공 지자체의 자가 격리 통보서를 받은 학생이 이를 증빙하는 경우

-> 확진판정 기관장의 직인 포함 ( ex.  병원일 경우 병원장직인, 보건소일 경우 보건소장 직인)

<유고결석계 제출방법>

1. 학사 인트라넷 접속 : https://onestop.gangseo.ac.kr/kcu/

2. [원스탑민원서비스] 클릭

3. 화면 오른쪽 위 [신규민원] -> [유고결석계]선택 -> 확인

4. 결석기간(서류상 동일한 기간 입력), 수강강좌 선택 -> 오른쪽 화살표 클릭

5. 오른쪽에 강좌가 잘 들어갔는지 확인 후 결석사유 입력 -> 증빙 첨부(필수) -> [신청]

6. 진행상황 -> 신청 확인
