D-10-1 비자 신청은 학생 개인이 진행하며, 학교에서는 서류 작성을 대행하지 않습니다. D-10 비자 취득을 원하는 학생은 아래 내용을 참고하여 준비하시기 바랍니다.
D-10-1 VISA should be prepared by applicant. University staffs and professors do not make application instead of applicant. Please check below information.
A. 신청대상 (Application Detail)
1) 점수제 적용 대상자 (Applicants eligible for the scoring system)
학사(국내 전문학사) 이상의 학위를 소지한 자로, 구직점수표에서 190점 중 기본항목이 20점 이상이며 총 득점이 60점 이상인 자
1) Applicants eligible for the scoring system: Individuals with a bachelor's degree or higher (domestic) and a score of 60 or higher in the total score, with a minimum of 20 points in the basic items out of 190 points on the job-seeking score system.
2) 점수제 면제 특례자 (Exemption Cases for the scoring system)
2-1) (유학생 졸업 후 최초 구직변경) 국내 대학에서 전문학사 이상 학위과정 유학생(D-2)으로 졸업하여 학위 취득한 후, 최초 구직(D-10-1)자격으로 변경하는경우
(FIRST APPLICATION AFTER GRADUATION) When a foreign student who has completed a degree program of bachelor’s or higher at a domestic university as a D-2 visa holder graduates and obtains a degree, and then changes to the initial job-seeking (D-10-1) status.
2-2) 국내 정규 대학에서 전문학사 이상 학위 취득 후 3년이 경과하지 않았으며 TOPIK 4급 이상 유효 성적표 소지자, 사회통합프로그램 4단계 중간평가 합격자 또는 사전평가 5단계 배정자
Individuals who have obtained a bachelor's degree or higher from a domestic regular university within 3 years, possess a TOPIK score of level 4 or higher, have passed the mid-term evaluation of the Social Integration Program Level 4, or have been assigned to level 5 in the pre-evaluation.

B. 신청방법 (Application Process)
신청자가 직접 출입국 혹은 해외공관 방문하여 신청
The applicant must personally visit an immigration office or an overseas embassy/consulate to submit the application.

-공통서류 (신청서, 사진, 여권사본, 수수료, 신분증사본 등)
-구직활동 계획서
-학위증 (졸업증명서)
-근무경력 증빙서류 (해당자에 한함)
-국내 연수활동 증빙서류 (해당자에 한함)
-한국어 능력 입증서류 (해당자에 한함. 유효기간 이내 TOPIK 또는 KIIP 사전평가 또는 이수증빙 서류)
-고용추천서 (해당자에 한함)
-고소득 전문가 입증 서류 (해당자에 한함)
-체제비 입증서류 (주거급여기준액 (976,609원)*체류개월 수)
-기타 심사 기관에서 요청하는 서류
- Common Documents (Application form, photo, copy of passport, fees, copy of ID, etc.)
- Job Search Plan
- Degree Certificate (Certificate of Graduation)
- Proof of Work Experience (for applicable individuals)
- Proof of Domestic Training Activities (for applicable individuals)
- Korean Language Proficiency Certificate (for applicable individuals. Valid TOPIK or KIIP pre-evaluation or completion certificate)
- Employment Recommendation Letter (for applicable individuals)
- High-Income Expert Certification (for applicable individuals)
- Document verifying bank balance (976,609 KRW * Months)
- Other documents requested by the evaluating institution
