Please be informed of the schedule for the course evaluation and grade viewing/correction period for the 2nd semester of the 2025 academic year as follows. Make sure to check within the designated period.

1. Course Evaluation / Grade Viewing & Correction Period: December 29, 2025 (Mon) 11:00 – January 2, 2026 (Fri) 17:00

2. How to View Grades
- Requirement: Only students who complete the course evaluation can view their grades.
- Course Evaluation: Log in to Academic Intranet → Course Registration → click Course Evaluation
- Grade Viewing: Log in to Academic Intranet → Grades → click Current Semester Grades

3. Grade Appeal (Request for Correction) : If you have any objections after checking your grades, please contact the course instructor directly during the designated period.

4. Issuance of Academic Transcript
- Start Date: January 9, 2026 (Fri), from 15:00 (tentative)
- How to Issue: Visit the Graduate School website
