Survey on Students Interested in Attending The University of Missouri LEAD Program Information Session

In order to promote student exchange and strengthen global competence between Gangseo University and The University of Missouri (USA), an information session on the University of Missouri LEAD Program will be held as outlined below.

Students who wish to attend the session are requested to complete and submit Google Form (No. 3)

    (Director, Asia Center & Director, International Education, The University of Missouri)
  • Venue: To be announced
  • Eligibility: Currently enrolled students of Gangseo University who are interested in the University of Missouri LEAD Program



2. Key Information about the LEAD Program

a. Program Overview & Objectives
The LEAD Program aims to cultivate global leaders through Engage, Advance, and Discover, while providing a fully immersive “Live in English” environment.

b. Main Courses
(Each course consists of 45 instructional hours)
  • Strategic Communication
  • U.S. Trends and Culture
  • Next-Generation Leadership Competencies
  • Community Building, etc.
c. Eligibility & Language Requirements
  • Current students and graduates
    (Applicants who graduated within one year at the time of application are eligible.
    Graduates within two years of graduation will be evaluated through a Zoom interview.)
  • Minimum English proficiency scores:
    • TOEIC 550
    • TOEFL iBT 55
    • IELTS 5.5
    • Duolingo English Test 80
d. 2026 Program Schedule
  • Spring Term: January 20 – May 8, 2026
  • Fall Term: August 18 – December 4, 2026
    (Application deadline for Fall Term: April 15, 2026)
e. Estimated Cost (per semester)
  • Program fee: USD 5,000
  • Additional estimated expenses (housing, meals, etc.): approximately USD 7,620–9,620
f. Student Support System
Opportunities to interact with local American student ambassadors and participate in a variety of cultural exploration programs.
