To enhance the security of the Academic Intranet, the login method will be updated starting Wednesday, August 21, 2024. In addition to your ID and password, OTP (One-Time Password) authentication will be required.

This update applies to all students (including students from the Department of Convergence & Industry and international students) and all faculty and staff members.

Quick Guide for Installing and Using the OTP App
Install the Google Authenticator app on your mobile phone (Download from the Play Store)

Look for the icon with four colors (yellow, blue, red, and green eye-shaped logo).

Visit the Academic Intranet on your PC: https://onestop.gangseo.ac.kr/kcu/

Enter your ID and password, and after clicking login, a 2FA code input screen will appear with a QR code.

Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone, tap “Scan a QR code,” and point your camera at the QR code shown on your PC screen. A 6-digit verification code will appear.

Enter this 6-digit code on your PC to complete the login process.

✅ Note: After your first login, you won’t need to scan the QR code again. Simply enter your ID, password, and the current 6-digit OTP code from the Google Authenticator app each time you log in.

👉 Please refer to the attached manual for more detailed instructions.

⚠️ Important Tips for a Smooth Login Experience
The login process may not work properly depending on your browser.
✅ We recommend using Google Chrome for a stable login experience.

If you experience issues even in Chrome, try clearing your cache and cookies:

Click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the browser.

Select “Clear browsing data” from the menu.

Go to the “Advanced” tab.

Set the Time range to “All time”.

Select all checkboxes and click “Clear data”.

Restart Chrome and try logging in again using your ID, password, and the 6-digit OTP.

📌 For the first login, you will still need to scan the QR code as described in step 4 above.
