Google OTP setup and login procedure for protecting personal information
STEP 01
Install the Google OTP App (Preparation)
Please install the Google Authenticator (Google OTP) app on your smartphone.
- Access the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS)
- Search for Google OTP or Google Authenticator
- Download, install, and launch the app
STEP 02
Primary Login and Registration Key (QR Code) Setup
After accessing the Academic Intranet, register the authentication key via QR code.
- Log in using your student ID / employee ID (first login)
- When the โTwo-Factor Authentication Registration (QR Code)โ window appears, open the Google OTP app
- At the bottom of the app, tap the [+] bottom โselect [Scan QR Code]
- Use your phone camera to scan the QR code displayed on your PC screen to complete registration
STEP 03
Enter Authentication Code and Complete Login
Enter the 6-digit verification code generated in the app to log in.
- Check the 6-digit code generated in the app (Gangseo University)
- Enter the code in the 'OTP Authentication Code' field on the PC screen
- Click [Confirm] to complete access to the One-Stop service
๐ก Tip After the initial setup, you can log in instantly by simply opening the app and entering the code.
Changed Your Phone?
If you cannot access your existing OTP due to a device change, you will need to reset it.
- Click the button [2์ฐจ ์ธ์ฆ ์ด๊ธฐํ ๋ฉ์ผ ๋ฐ์ก] at the bottom of the login screen
- sent to your registered email (e.g., university webmail) Open the reset link(์ด๊ธฐํ)
- After confirming the reset completion message, proceed again fromSTEP 02
