Microsoft 365 Education Guide for Students and Staff

• OneDrive: Up to 100GB cloud storage, accessible anytime.
• Microsoft Teams: Online classes, meetings, and collaboration.
• Word / Excel / PowerPoint: Web and desktop usage available.
• Collaboration: Real-time document sharing and editing.

1. Go to www.office.com/getOffice365
2. Enter your Gangseo University email address
3. Select your role (Student / Teacher) and complete registration

* Password must include letters, numbers, and symbols (minimum 8 characters)

1. Install Microsoft Authenticator on your smartphone
2. Add account → Work or School Account → Scan QR code
3. Enter the two-digit number shown on your PC
4. Complete verification to finish login

3-1. Web Access

• Access via office.com
• Use Teams for meetings and collaboration
• ⚠️ OneDrive storage limit: Max 100GB

3-2. Desktop Installation

• Click [Install] → [Microsoft 365 Apps]
• Available on 5 PCs/Macs, 5 tablets, and 5 mobile devices
• Sign in with your school account to activate
• * Remove previous Office versions before installation
