2026년 비자 연장 신청은 온라인으로 진행되며, 홀튼관 1층에서 증명서를 발급받은 후 온라인으로 신청하시기 바랍니다.

Please be advised regarding the group visa application scheduled for March 2026. Students whose period of stay expires in March 2026 are requested to take note of this information.

Visa extension applications for 2026 will be processed online. After obtaining the required certificates at the first floor of Holton Hall, please submit your application through the online system.

신청기간 Application Period: 2026.02.25 (Wed) ~ 2026.03.15  (Sun)

필요서류(Required Documents):

-여권 사본 (Passport copy)

-외국인등록증 사본 (앞/뒤) (ARC copy (front and back))

-거주지 입증서류 Proof of Residence (Room contract)

-재학증명서 Certificate of Enrolment

-성적증명서 Transcript (including all previous semester)

-등록금납입증명서 Tuition Fee Certificate (aka Certificate of Education Payment)

2025-2학기 성적이 2.0 이상인 학생들은 잔액증명서를 제출할 필요 없습니다. Students with a GPA of 2.0 or higher in the 2025–2 semester are not required to submit a bank balance certificate.

성적이 2.0 이하인 경우 For students with a GPA of 2.0 or below, the following documents must be submitted:

-잔액증명서  (1천만원 이상, 한국 내 은행에 예치된 잔액증명서)

Bank balance certificate (a minimum balance of KRW 10,000,000 deposited in a bank within Korea)

-사유서
