본교 학칙 및 관련 법령에 따라 2026-1학기 휴학 및 미등록 처리에 관한 사항을 다음과 같이 안내합니다. 해당 학생들은 아래 내용을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.
In accordance with the relevant laws of the Republic of Korea and the academic regulations of the University, the following notice is issued regarding leave of absence and non-registration for the Spring 2026 semester. Students concerned are required to review the information below carefully.

또한 D-2 비자를 소지한 학생이 휴학할 경우 해당 비자는 취소될 수 있으므로 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.
Students who intend to take a leave of absence for the Spring 2026 semester must submit their application within March 2026.
Students holding a D-2 student visa should note that the visa may be cancelled if a leave of absence is granted.
또한 2026-2학기에도 등록하지 않을 경우 학칙에 따라 제적 처리됩니다.
Students who do not pay their tuition fees by the end of the additional registration period will be placed on leave of absence for the current semester, regardless of the reason.
Students who fail to register again in the Fall 2026 semester will be subject to dismissal from the University in accordance with university regulations.
Students applying for a leave of absence must complete the Leave of Absence Application Form and submit it to the Academic Records staff at the Office of International Education & Exchange.

1. 일반 휴학 신청 Application for Leave of Absence
2026-1학기에 일반 휴학이 필요한 학생은 반드시 2026년 3월 중 휴학 신청을 완료해야 합니다.또한 D-2 비자를 소지한 학생이 휴학할 경우 해당 비자는 취소될 수 있으므로 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.

2. 등록금 미납 학생 처리 Students Who Fail to Pay Tuition
추가등록기간까지 등록금을 납부하지 않은 학생은 사유와 관계없이 금학기 휴학 처리됩니다.또한 2026-2학기에도 등록하지 않을 경우 학칙에 따라 제적 처리됩니다.

3. 휴학 신청 방법 Submission of Application
