(Graduate Thesis Schedule and Guidelines for the Spring Semester 2026)

2026학년도 1학기 대학원 학위논문 일정을 아래와 같이 안내합니다.
(The schedule for graduate thesis submission for the Spring Semester of 2026 is announced as follows.)

1. 논문 진행 순서 (Thesis Process)
   
2. 논문초고 제출 (Thesis Draft Submission)

• 기간(Period): 2026년 4월 17일(금) (April 17, 2026)
• 제출방법(Submission Method): 별도 양식은 없으며, 논문 표지 제목 아래 지도교수 서명을 받은 후 국제교육교류원 이메일로 제출

(There is no specific form. Please obtain your advisor’s signature under the title on the thesis cover page and submit it via email.)

1. 논문심사 대상 (Eligibility)

재학생 및 수료생 중 논문(연구)등록자로 아래 사항을 모두 충족한 자
(Current students or students who have completed coursework and registered for thesis/research who meet all of the following requirements.)

• 수업연한 및 학점 충족 (Completion of required semesters and credits)
• 종합시험 합격 (Pass comprehensive exam)
• 연구윤리교육 이수 (Complete ethics training)
• 지도교수 배정 및 지도 (Assigned advisor and supervision)
  ※ 박사과정은 논문 작성 학기 포함 2학기 지도 필수
  (Doctoral students must receive supervision for at least two semesters including the thesis writing semester.)
• 외국어시험 합격(박사) (Pass foreign language exam for doctoral students)

1. 논문심사 신청 (Application)

• 기간(Period): 2026년 5월 11일 ~ 5월 15일 (May 11–15, 2026)
• 제출서류 (Required Documents)
  
  • 논문심사신청서 1부 (1 Thesis Review Application Form)
  • 논문 가제본 예심 3부 / 본심 5부 (3 copies for preliminary review / 5 copies for final review)
  • 학위논문 유사도 검사결과 5부 (5 plagiarism similarity reports)
  • 연구윤리준수확인서 1부 (1 Research Ethics Compliance Confirmation)
  • 윤리교육이수증 1부 (1 Ethics Training Certificate)
  • ※ 논문 가제본은 지도교수 확인 후 논문심사위원에게 직접 제출

(The bound thesis draft must be submitted directly to the thesis review committee after advisor confirmation.)

1. 연구윤리교육 (Research Ethics Training)

• 강좌명 : 대학원생을 위한 연구윤리 (인문사회계열)

(Course Title: Research Ethics for Graduate Students – Humanities and Social Sciences)

• 신청방법 : KIRD 알파캠퍼스 회원가입 후 수강신청

(Registration: Sign up and enroll through KIRD Alpha Campus)

• https://alpha-campus.kr -본 교육은 상시 수강 가능

(This course is available at any time.)

1. 심사비 납부 (Payment of Thesis Review Fee)

• 기간 : 2026년 5월 11일 ~ 5월 15일 중

(Period: Between May 11 and May 15, 2026)

• 납부 방법은 논문심사 신청 시 안내 예정

(The payment method will be provided at the time of thesis review application.)

1. 논문 완본 제출 (Final Submission)

• 기간(Period) : 2026년 7월 6일 ~ 7월 10일 (July 6–10, 2026)
• 제출서류 (Required Documents)
  
  • 논문 완본 4부 (4 printed copies of the final thesis)
  • 논문 파일 (Thesis file)
  • 학위논문 이용허락서 (Thesis Usage Agreement)
  • 카피킬러 결과확인서 1부 (CopyKiller plagiarism report)
